When attending an army bootcamp fitness session, it's essential to come prepared to maximize your experience. Extra layers can be worn and removed during the session and our amazing Instructors will look after them for you. Additionally, don’t forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated throughout the session. Staying properly hydrated is crucial for maintaining energy levels and preventing fatigue. By dressing appropriately and ensuring you have enough water, you'll be set to tackle your bootcamp fitness challenges with confidence!
To sign up for your 1st free ABF session, you'll need to complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to ensure that you are fit for exercise. This questionnaire helps us assess your health status and identify any potential risks associated with physical activity. Once you fill out the PAR-Q and we have confirmed that you are fit for physical activity, you can turn up to any session of your choice and start your journey towards achieving your fitness goals!
